This is the component parts list. Many of these components are surface mount, the smallest of which are 0603 package resistors and capacitors. All parts are solderable by hand, with a little patience. A couple of the resistor values don't match the schematic (R7, R8-R14). I don't have the correct value resistors in my stash right now, but these values might work too.
