New! Google Checkout Option

Using Google Checkout, you can now pay using any payment method Google supports (namely, most major credit cards).

Standard Checkout Option (no credit cards)

After submitting your order online using standard checkout, you will be provided an order number. Write your order number with your payment, and then send it in. You can include a print out of your order if you want to make sure that it is processed correctly, even if our database gets fried.

Checks and money orders must be in US Dollars payable to K9spud LLC. Mail it in to us as soon a possible. We can't ship your order until we've received your payment.

PayPal - We accept PayPal money as long as you are not paying by credit card. All PayPal transactions from credit cards will be denied. PayPal money should be sent to:

Money Transfer - We have successfully received payments wired via Western Union Money Transfer and MoneyGram. A lot of people overseas use this method. Please make your money transfer payable to "Edward Schlunder" (I'm not sure it will work if sent to the company name). It is okay to send the transfer number via email instead of snail mail because these services require positive I.D. to receive the cash. If you are paranoid, you can send the transfer number encrypted using my PGP Public Key.

Postal Money Order - Canadians often send a postal money order in U.S. Dollars. Make sure your money order is in U.S. Dollars, payable to K9spud LLC.

Don't waste your money buying a Western Union Money Order, they are no faster than a personal check.

US Dollars Cash - Sometimes people send cash in US Dollars through the mail. This is not recommended, as anyone handling the letter before it gets to us could potentially steal the money. If you send cash, make sure it is in US Dollars and do not hold us responsible if it becomes lost or stolen (buy insurance). That said, we've never had anyone lose their cash so far, which is pretty amazing!

Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling is US$6.50. Orders are shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail after payment is confirmed. Unfortunately, the Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers, so don't ask. Domestic orders usually arrive 3 to 5 days after being shipped, and the nice thing about USPS is that they can deliver on Saturday.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS First Class Airmail for US$6.50. This is the same price as domestic shipping, we do not charge extra. Your local customs agency might charge you an import duty though, that is beyond our control.

Please understand that shipments outside the United States will take much longer. We can't ship internationally during the work week, so your ship date will be delayed until the coming Saturday after confirming payment. Transit time, customs inspection, etc also inflict delays and it varies greatly by country. International shipments have taken up to one month in-transit, although usually it is less time than that.

Returning Items

Email us with your original order number for arranging a return. We will refund your purchase price if you return the device to us in original, re-sellable condition within 60 days of your order shipment. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Currency conversion fees (if any) are not refundable. There are no other warranties.
